Based in Florida, U.S., the customer is a leading hospice organization that provides 24x7 healthcare, as well as a range of programs and services to patients with limited life expectancy and advanced illness.
The customer had three different data sources, i.e. patient records, payroll, and accounting data. They were generating insights manually using Excel spreadsheets and Crystal Reports, which was a lengthy and inefficient process and required significant man hours.
