Seamlessly Migrating User Community From Khoros to Zendesk

The customer is a cloud content management company that enables organizations to revamp their workflow by empowering clients to connect openly in a secure environment, exchange information, and applications. They wanted to migrate their user community from Khoros to Zendesk but were struggling to build a product announcement feature the same as that in Khoros and update their obsolete community links with new community links. They wanted to get all login names migrated from Khoros to Zendesk.
