Customizing the Partner Community Portal to Streamline Sales Processes
The customer is a California- based multinational organization that provides Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) products. The customer had a partner community portal that enabled their users to perform regular functions like logging into the community on behalf of their end-users, escalate cases, and more.
However, the customer wanted certain customizations in the community. Additionally, they wanted to streamline their sales process.
