Successful Migration from Jive to Salesforce Lightning Community Cloud

The customer is a US company running a device-based fraud prevention network. They had their online community hosted on Jive but when Lithium Technologies acquired Jive-X, the customer decided to switch to Salesforce Lightning Community Cloud as they were already using Salesforce Cloud in their tech stack. In addition to this, they wanted to take the customer experience a notch-up.
